Excellent customer service!!!! Quality and Efficient work! Called them and they were able to come to my house to repair a broken gate within an hour! To echo all the positive comments here, my experience with Everlast was also outstanding. After another contractor ghosted me, I reached out to Everlast at 12:11 p.m. on a Friday. I got a call back a couple minutes later and a representative (Roy) was dispatched to my house. By 12:30 p.m., Roy sent me an itemized estimate. I was extremely appreciative of how quickly Everlast and Roy came out and got to work. The work crew arrived next Wednesday and worked in the brutal heat non-stop for 5 hours to replace my gate motor with a much improved, safer model. The workers stayed behind and helped me program my own gate code, showed me how to operate the gate, helped me sync the app with my gate opener, and showed me how to register my product to ensure the motor was covered under a manufacturer's warranty.
